\"\"<\/a>This year\u2019s Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell Matrix Research conference is being jointly organised with the Manchester Collaborative Centre for Inflammation Research. Get Connected 3: Immuno Matrix<\/strong>, is focused on the role of the cell matrix in inflammation and immune system, and will be held from 11th to 13th September 2013 in the Michael Smith building at the University of Manchester.<\/p>\n

The Conference aims to provide a forum for young scientists from across Europe to present their research stories to an international audience. We will select the best abstracts for short talks and will also have two poster sessions. There will be 21 short talk slots, so approximately a fifth of the abstracts received will be chosen for an oral presentation. We also have a great list of invited speakers including Anna Blom (Lund), Tony Day (Manchester), Richard Grencis (Manchester), Thomas Krieg (Cologne), Isabelle Maridonneau-Parini (Toulouse), Liliana Schaefer (Frankfurt) and Dylan Edwards (UEA, Norwich).<\/p>\n

The session topics are:
\n\u2022 ECM in Immune Homeostasis and Wound Healing
\n\u2022 Role of the ECM in Leukocyte Migration
\n\u2022 Gut Matrix and Inflammation
\n\u2022 ECM in Inflammatory Disease
\n\u2022 MMPs in Health and Disease
\n\u2022 Cell Matrix Signalling
\n\u2022 ECM-Innate immune system cross talk<\/p>\n
