Cette \u00e9tude a permis de d\u00e9velopper une proth\u00e8se de cartilage nasal hautement biocompatible, pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis m\u00e9caniques et am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;immunotol\u00e9rance du tissu reconstruit.
