En utilisant le poisson z\u00e8bre, ils d\u00e9montrent que le collag\u00e8ne XV et la Tenascin C agissent de concert, telles les balises rouges et vertes \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e d\u2019un port, pour guider le trajet des axones des neurones moteurs de la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re,\u00a0 qui doivent se frayer un chemin vers les cellules musculaires au cours du d\u00e9veloppement.
