Ces BTPs sont indispensables au d\u00e9veloppement embryonnaire, \u00e0 la croissance et \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration des tissus. Elles sont aussi impliqu\u00e9es dans de nombreuses pathologies telles que les fibroses et le cancer. Ces nombreux r\u00f4les n\u00e9cessitent une r\u00e9gulation extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cise, dont les acteurs avaient jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s dans d\u2019autres esp\u00e8ces comme le poisson z\u00e8bre ou le poulet.
