En effet, un d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019aggrecan est observ\u00e9 \u00e0 une interface sang\/cerveau d\u00e9terminante pour le contr\u00f4le de la prise alimentaire et celui-ci restreint l\u2019entr\u00e9e des signaux m\u00e9taboliques circulants au niveau du cerveau. Ce d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019aggrecan est remodel\u00e9 en fonction du statut nutritionnel puisqu\u2019il s\u2019\u00e9tend lors d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de jeune r\u00e9primant davantage la diffusion des signaux circulants dans cette r\u00e9gion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale.
