{"id":4792,"date":"2024-11-14T18:43:50","date_gmt":"2024-11-14T17:43:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sfbmec.fr\/?p=4792"},"modified":"2024-11-15T18:53:44","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T17:53:44","slug":"impaired-incorporation-of-fibronectin-into-the-extracellular-matrix-during-aging-exacerbates-the-senescent-state-of-dermal-cells","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sfbmec.fr\/?p=4792","title":{"rendered":"Impaired incorporation of fibronectin into the extracellular matrix during aging exacerbates the senescent state of dermal cells"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00e9licitations \u00e0 Luce Peri\u00e9 dont les travaux men\u00e9s sous la direction de C\u00e9dric Picot au sein du groupe MEC-uP (Laboratoire ERRMECe, CY Cergy Paris Universit\u00e9) viennent d\u2019\u00eatre publi\u00e9s en Open Access dans \u00ab Experimental Cell Research \u00bb (https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.yexcr.2024.114251).<\/p>\n<p>Ces travaux explorent le r\u00f4le de la Fibronectine, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la matrice extracellulaire dans les processus du vieillissement cellulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude, men\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de biopsies de peau humaine provenant de donneurs de diff\u00e9rents \u00e2ges, montrent que la quantit\u00e9 de fibronectine diminue dans le derme r\u00e9ticulaire avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, tout en restant stable dans le derme papillaire. En parall\u00e8le, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude in vitro r\u00e9v\u00e8le que, bien que l&rsquo;expression g\u00e9nique de la fibronectine augmente dans les fibroblastes s\u00e9nescents, sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion et la formation de fibrilles diminuent, entra\u00eenant ainsi une d\u00e9sorganisation de la matrice extracellulaire (MEC). Cette alt\u00e9ration pourrait \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;expression de diff\u00e9rentes isoformes de fibronectine d\u00e9tect\u00e9es dans le s\u00e9cr\u00e9tome des cellules s\u00e9nescentes.<\/p>\n<p>Fait int\u00e9ressant, l&rsquo;invalidation de la fibronectine retarde l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en s\u00e9nescence des fibroblastes, tandis que leur culture sur un support enrichi en fibronectine acc\u00e9l\u00e8re ce processus.
