Do not hesitate to apply if you want to integrate a research program lead by Dr. Carine Le-Goff and focuses on the role of ADAMTS in the vascular remodeling of thoracic aortic aneurysms (TAA). The main objective is to establish a pathogenic signature of aortic dilatation through single-cell RNA sequencing analysis and histological phenotyping of aortic tissue biopsies from patients with TAA. This project is performed in collaboration with Pr. Laurent Duca at the MEDyC Research Unit (Reims, France). 2 years duration of the contract.<\/p>\n
